We will turn 5 on August 20th! I cannot believe that much time has gone by! We are so thankful for each and every one of you. Without your dedication we’d not have much to celebrate. Over the past year we have strived to fulfill your needs in order for you to be your best self. We promise to keep it going year 5 and on! It is our mission to educate you in healthy life time changes, to be the standard of excellence in functional fitness, and to do everything possible to encourage the best out of each of you. We help busy professionals, moms & dads live a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families. You become the best version of yourself by reaching the goals you set whether that be to lose weight, gain strength, build healthier habits, or all of the above. We do this through a supportive and knowledgeable coaching staff, a positive community that holds you accountable, and workouts and nutrition that are designed custom to you. Our doors opened to you on August 20th, 2018. Whether you began then or just a few short days ago, we are proud of your decision to be with us on your fitness journey and guiding you to accomplishing your goals.

MEDICAL HOLD POLICY

Annual Membership Agreements and 6 Month Membership Agreements: You may place your membership on hold (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time with a Doctors note. Advanced notice of at least (15) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of the hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

VACATION/OTHER HOLD POLICY

Annual Membership Agreements and 6 Month Membership Agreements: You may place your membership on hold (1) time per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months at a Rate of Half your Current Membership if you are out of state or country for a full billing cycle or more. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of the hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements (month-month thru annual) require 28 days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 28-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 28-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates. If cancellation is occurring before your term is up, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged to terminate the contract.
